VEMS Agency Calendar Integration: Open a Special Event or Building Usage request, select
Add to Agency Calendar, and enter How many shifts? The event request ID is kept as
the permanent sync key so the scheduling system can create or update the correct linked shifts without duplicates.
Building Rental Agreement:
When this is a Google Drive file, the requester email will attempt to attach it automatically. Other links are included in the email.
