🧩 Step 1 – Request Your One-Time Code

Enter your agency email address in the box below (e.g., you@vernonems.com).

Click Get Code.

If your email is listed in the official voter spreadsheet, a unique code will be emailed to you.

The email will come from Vernon EMS Elections.

Your code will be valid for 15 minutes and can only be used once.

Keep that code handy — you’ll need it to cast your ballot.

🧾 Step 2 – Cast Your Ballot

Click “I already have a code” or wait to be redirected to the voting section.

Paste your one-time code into the field.

Make your selections in each race:

Follow the limits shown (e.g., Choose 1, Choose 2, etc.).

Use the Write-In option if your preferred candidate is not listed.

When finished, click Submit Vote.

You’ll see a confirmation message once your vote is recorded.

🔒 Important Notes

Each code can only be used once — reusing it will be rejected.

Votes are stored anonymously and cannot be traced back to any voter.

You will not receive a copy of your selections to protect ballot secrecy.
At this time, no one opted to run for a board position. You're able to nominate a member or put No Vote to help submit your submission.
