Join our EMS Cadet Program and start your journey into the world of emergency services! Participate in exciting meetings, hands-on training, special events, and impactful community projects while learning life-saving skills like CPR and First Aid for the Professional Rescuer.
Ages 14-15 (Junior Cadet):
Get your feet wet in EMS by gaining valuable experience and building essential skills. While you won’t respond to emergency calls just yet, you’ll be an important part of our team, learning what it takes to serve the community with pride.
Ages 16-17 (Cadet):
Take your EMS experience to the next level! Ride along with our EMS crew, adhering to child labor laws, and put your training into action. You’ll gain real-world experience while preparing for the NJ EMT Class—a chance to become the next lifesaving hero in your community!

Ready to make a real impact? As an EMS Member, you’ll participate in action-packed meetings, advanced training sessions, special events, and community projects—all while building life-saving skills.
You’ll be scheduled for a weekly 12-hour shift, following our by-laws and Standard Operating Guidelines (SOPs), giving you hands-on experience in emergency medical services. We also encourage you to take the next big step by enrolling in the NJ EMT Class to become a certified first responder.
